Harley-Davidson’s Bullet rival to debut in June: 338cc roadster to challenge Royal Enfield

    Harley-Davidson's smallest displacement motorcycle in India so far has been the Street 750 which sells at Rs 5.34 lakh, but now the manufacturer is working on a smaller bike with a 338cc engine that will have a price tag substantially smaller.     Harley-Davidson is about to get within the reach of more pockets and it is about to happen soon. Not long ago, we learned that Harley-Davidson and its Chinese partner Qianjiang finalised the design for the upcoming 338cc motorcycle under the project name HD350. And now, a report on Bennetts (the good folks got their hands on Benelli’s product plan for 2020) tells us that the smallest Harley ever is set to launch in China in June this year.   IN THE PAST BMW WERE KNOWN TO MAKE only touring and adventure motorcycles with boxer twin-cylinder engines. In April 2008, BMW surprised the world when they showcased the very first litre-class super sport motorcycle, the S 1000 RR. The S1000RR set a new benchmark in the litre-class with its power, handling, and, most of all, the electronics At that time, BMW were the first to offer rider aids such as traction control even though they were not participating in MotoGP like most of the other litre-class superbike manufacturers. At the time of its launch, the S1000RR was the most powerful superbike and it took years for others to catch up. Royal Enfield Bobber 838 is the most advanced      Royal Enfield Bobber V-Twin concept has been built as a design study. The design elements will be seen in future RE motorcycles.      Royal Enfield showcased their might and prowess rowe  they unveiled the V-Twin 838cc Concept KX Bobber at the 2018 EICMA Show in Milan, Italy. This concept motorcycle announces the arrival of Royal Enfield on a global stage.           Royal Enfield Bobber is a low slung 838cc motorcycle. It boasts of a single seat setup, digital instrument cluster, full LED headlamps with LED DRLs, alloy wheels shod with Maxxis tyres and a large engine.      It is also seen with a flat handlebar set up while seat and handlebar grips are wrapped in leather. It gets a retro styled fuel tank and the bike is finished in a green and copper paint scheme with black and bronze paints finish on engine and dual exhausts.  ...
