The motorcycle was unveiled at the 2016 Auto Expo and the India launch is expected by early 2019. There had been various reports in the past hinting at its launch in India and it was expected to debut here in early 2018. However, Benelli’s separation from its previous partner, DSK Motowheels, resulted in a halt in its India operations which in turn delayed the launch of the TRK 502 till now. Now, the company has partnered with the Mahavir Group and is set to restart operations in India soon.
